Carpe DM Strategies Ltd is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14900297). Registered address: 19 Ravenscroft Crescent, London, SE9 4LL. We provide website design, digital marketing, automation and growth services to businesses across the UK.
We provide website design and development, SEO, Google Ads management, automation systems and ongoing support. Full scope of work is confirmed in writing before any project begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Website projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance. Ad spend budgets are separate from our management fees and paid directly to the advertising platforms by the client. Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
On receipt of full payment, all website content and design assets created for a client become the property of that client. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, supplying content and assets in a timely manner, and obtaining any necessary licences for materials they provide. We are not liable for delays caused by late client input.
Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profits, revenue or data.
Either party may terminate a monthly retainer with 30 days written notice. Deposits on project work are non-refundable once work has commenced.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
